Our Latest Projects

Nz Stays Website:
NZ stays approached Oz local Media and Technology to develop a holiday home web site to allow owners to list their homes for rental and allow users to search for homes to rent in New Zealand.
It is based on an advanced Content Management System which allows all aspects of the site, including all navigation, images , text, API map, regions and locations, to be updated easily. This CMS is also combined with a CRM that allows subscribers to upload their property for rental or swapping and is entirely manageable through the administration section.

My Cloud Nine Website:
Cloud Nine approached Oz local Media and Technology to develop a website with a CMS system so updates could be self managed by the client. A members section where users could log in and see special discounts was also developed.

Feros Group Website:
The Feros Group owns Taren Point Hotel, Potts Point Liquor and Deli, Terry Hills Tavern, Empire of Annandale, Panania Hotel, Lone Pine Tavern and Bowral hotel. The group approached Oz local Media and Technology with the need for an online presence under ONE website . They were continually receiving invoices from web developers for changes and needed to TAKE CONTROL of their website. The website required updating weekly so Ozlocal developed the website with a complete CMS, which gives the group full control.

Feathered Friends Website:
Feathered Friends approached Oz local Media and Technology to develop a website with a CMS system so updates could be self managed by them. A members section where users could log in, see special discounts, access a heavy duty forum was also developed. A Credit card facility was also created for the members who wished to pay on line

Eight Thirteen Website:
an amazing online shopping cart including an ecommerce solution, a stock and order management system on the back end side. Written in .Net2 the functionality of the Shopping Cart and Content Management System is truly cutting edge with all aspects of the site being updateable including all menus, sub menus, images, roll over.

WeWedU Website:
the home of the Association of Authorised Marriage Celebrants Australia Incorporated. Over 100 Marriage Celebrants have their own updateable page where they can change all text and pics. The celebrant search facility is groundbreaking as it keeps track of who has been at the top of a search and randomly brings each celebrant to the head, so it is fair to all!

Glenn Regan is a real estate company that already had a basic HTML site but wanted it programmed to have the functionality of www.realestate.com.au ! We duly obliged and their site is now fully loaded with features such as automatic email home finder, automatic quarteley newsletters, easily updateable listings & inspection times etc etc etc

a real estate agency with a different view.
